Booth Selection
- $300 non-refundable deposit will be invoiced within a few days post registration and due upon receipt.
- Full payment is due by May 8, 2026.
- Booth selection begin June 16, 2026.
- Booth selection is in order of registration provided your invoice is paid in-full.
- Larger booths will be placed first to accommodate the trade show floor.
Booth Requirements
- No promotional pieces may be placed outside booth dimensions.
- Exhibitors with less than 6 booths per show cannot place items taller than 4ft in the front half of the booth (excluding garment racks and tables).
- Back half of all booths can be as tall as the venue permits.

Booth registration opens for all UDMA Dance Teacher Expos. Exhibitors can both deposit on booths and purchase sponsorships.

Final booth payments are due.

If you already have liability insurance, you can likely request a certificate of insurance for each show from your insurance company. If you do not already have liability insurance, you can purchase it from Event Helper. Please email marc@eventhelper.com or call 530-477-6521.
MARCH 23, 2026
Attendee tickets go on sale today. You can be certain attendees will look at your Virtual Booth online. We recommend you use your Virtual Booth as a place to advertise to your customers. If you are exhibiting at more than one show, be sure to set up your Virtual Booth for each show. Collateral, videos, links, incentives, and appointment schedules do not carry over between shows.
SEPTEMBER 1, 2026
Private appointment scheduling goes live for all UDMA shows. If you activated your private appointment availability in your Virtual Booth, attendees can start booking appointments with you. UDMA will advertise this to attendees, but you should email your customers and let them know you are ready for an in-person appointment with them.
SEPTEMBER 4, 2026
Orders for rentals and services must be completed.
SEPTEMBER 21, 2026
Chicago advance shipments must arrive.
OCTOBER 5, 2026
New York advance shipments must arrive.
Rental orders, including furniture, carpet, audio visual, electricity, internet, cleaning and rigging, should be placed online at centuryexposervices.net.

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER?


Century Expo Services has an in-house transportation division that is set up specifically for trade show and conference shipping. Contact them directly for rentals, labor and shipping quotes. Shipments sent with a carrier other than Century Transportation Services may incur transfer fees. Exhibitors may drive materials to the venue using their own vehicles. Exhibitors must be able to unload and hand carry items into the facility on their own.

DNYC Events specializes in maximizing the vendor/attendee expo experience by promoting both digital and in-person interactions. Contact them directly for assistance with all aspects of your virtual booth including interactive floor plans, badge scanning, lead collection, private appointment scheduling, and uploading videos and marketing collateral.
